Introduction

This tutorial is designed to provide you with an overview of the resources available at John C. Lincoln (JCL). If you need more in depth assistance, a librarian is always happy to help! We can help you locate resources, develop a search strategy, or order materials.

The tutorial briefly describes the information resources available at JCL, but does provide more in-depth information on local resources, such as the Grigg Medical Library Search and the Arizona Health Information Network (AZHIN). These two resources provide access to several resources, both print and electronic. Grigg Medical Library Search is the key to discovering the print resources held at both hospital campuses. AZHIN provides you with access to electronic journals, textbooks, and popular databases, like CINAHL.

For this tutorial, the JCL resources have been divided into two categories: Local and Government.  Local resources are available while on one of the hospital campuses. Government resources are available at anytime from anywhere.
